A house in Greater Grand Crossings needed a lot of help. It was very worn when we got it. The newel post was still there, but the spindles had been kicked out. The windows were undersized for their original openings, but we were able to keep the old growth trim, albeit with a new coat of paint. We also had to do some concrete work in the back gangway.
In this project in Pilsen, we had to
redesign a tired kitchen. We decided to do so with an eye towards
color. This project was an old storefront butchershop with an historic
appartment in the rear. The Butcher shop had been long gutted, so there
was some freedom to modernise the front of the building.
